Our hosts at Heartland Lodge were incredibly friendly and helpful, suggesting places to visit and giving us great tips for exploring the area. The complimentary fresh fruit was a delightful touch, and the comfortable and attractive furniture made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the heater in the bathroom was a welcome relief from the chilly mornings. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay overall.

The breakfast selection was amazing, and there were plenty of choices for all tastes. The location was perfect, with stunning mountain views from the outdoor patio and garden. Additionally, the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, lending us bikes to explore the town, and providing great advice on local activities.
While the room was clean and comfortable, there was a slight smoky smell when we first arrived, which the hosts promptly tried to fix. Additionally, the payment process could have been smoother, as we had to pay on the morning of check-in day, before we had even arrived at the hotel. our Christmas stay was enjoyable, and we would recommend this hotel to others.
